ผู้จัดงาน The Game Awards เปิดเผยว่า Christopher Judge, ผู้ให้เสียงของ Kratos ใน God of War เป็นบุคคลที่ใช้เวลาพูดบนเวทีหลังได้รับรางวัล ยาวนานที่สุดในโลกแล้ว
สำหรับเจ้าของสถิติเดิมคือ Greer Garson ที่ใช้เวลาพูดนาน 5 นาที 30 วินาที ในงานประกาศรางวัลออสการ์ ปี 1942 ก่อนที่ Christopher Judge จะสร้างสถิติใหม่ในงาน The Game Awards 2022 โดยเจ้าตัวกล่าวสุนทรพจน์ยาวนานถึง 7 นาที 59 วินาที
ทาง The Game Awards ปิดท้ายขำ ๆ ด้วยการแท็กทวิตเตอร์ของ Guinness World Records ให้มาบันทึกสถิตินี้ไว้เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร ซึ่งก็ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งประวัติศาสตร์วงการเกมที่น่าจดจำ โดยคุณ Christopher Judge ใช้เวลาส่วนใหญ่กับการขอบคุณทุก ๆ คน ที่มีส่วนทำให้เขาได้รับรางวัลสาขานักแสดงยอดเยี่ยม (Best Performance) ในวันนั้น
