นับถอยหลังอีกประมาณสิบกว่าวัน เราก็จะได้สัมผัสเกมเต็ม ๆ ของ Resident Evil 2 Remake กันอย่างจุใจกันแล้ว และเชื่อว่าหลายคนน่าจะตื่นเต้นกับของใหม่ที่จะได้เจอในเกมนี้ด้วย แต่ก็มีข้อมูลใหม่ชุดใหญ่หลุดออกมาให้เราได้ทราบกันก่อนเกมออกเสียแล้ว
โดยที่มาของข่าวนี้นั้นมาจากผู้ใช้งานชื่อ Noodle ในเว็บบอร์ด ResetEra ที่ได้ลองขุดข้อมูลในเกมดู ก็พบชื่อไฟล์ของโมเดลต่าง ๆ ในเกมที่มีไว้พร้อมแล้ว ทั้งรายชื่อตัวละครสำคัญในภาคนี้ สถานที่ต่าง ๆ อาวุธ และโหมดการเล่น โดยมีรายชื่อดังต่อไปนี้
